Booking Policy

1. Reservation Request Procedure

The reservation request is made through the website form or by direct contact. We will then get in touch with you to confirm or decline the request.

2. Payment

Reservation deposit: 20% of the total amount once we confirm the reservation request.
Remaining payment: upon key delivery.

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €450 will be required. It will be refunded within 72 hours after departure if no damage is found on the property.

4. Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
  • If cancelled between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • If cancelled with less than 15 days notice or in case of a no-show, the full stay amount must be paid.
  • If the property cancels due to force majeure, any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Reservation Modifications

  • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • A rate difference may apply depending on the season.

6. Arrival and Departure (Check-in / Check-out)

Check-in: from 16:00.
Check-out: before 11:00.

7. Occupancy

  • The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum indicated in the reservation.
  • No parties or events are allowed, including birthdays, weddings or communions.

8. House Rules

  • Guests must use the facilities responsibly.
  • No smoking inside the house.
  • No pets allowed. Exceptions may be considered depending on the animal’s breed or the guest’s special needs.
  • The house must be kept clean at all times and left in good condition upon departure.
  • Furniture and decoration must be treated with care and used appropriately.
  • Music is allowed in outdoor areas but never at a volume that could disturb neighbors.

9. Taxes and Fees

The tourist tax is included in the price.

10. Data Protection

Guest information will be handled in accordance with current data protection regulations, including the GDPR.
