The villa was the cleanest and best-equipped we have stayed in during more than 10 years of renting holiday homes. It had everything: towels for bathrooms and the pool, shower gel, shampoo, wine, coffee, and homemade marmalade made from the garden’s orange trees. We didn’t need to bring nearly as much as we usually do. Andrés, the host, was kind and attentive, and made sure we had the best holiday possible.

A truly fabulous villa. We loved the pool, the tennis court (with lighting), and the shaded outdoor area. The interior was also excellent. Its location, just on the outskirts of the village, made it peaceful while still being only a 7-minute walk from shops, cafés, and restaurants. A really pleasant village atmosphere. Andrés was very attentive. Thank you very much — we will be back.

Excellent location and property. Andrés was a fantastic host. Freshly squeezed orange juice from his trees and beautiful lemons for our gin and tonics! The house was excellent, with everything we needed. Andrés kindly provided us with a trolley to carry the heavier items. I highly recommend this property. Wonderful pool and tennis court!

Amazing stay! We had a wonderful time in Mallorca and in this house. It is in a quiet yet central area, ideal for accessing everything we wanted to see on the island. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, including the pool and tennis court. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The host recommended two restaurants — one in Alaró and one in Palma...

This house was the perfect place for our active family (with three small children). The combination of the tennis court and the pool was ideal, and the fresh oranges from the orchard were a real treat. The house is very well prepared as a holiday home — something you don’t always find. Alaró is a beautiful village, and you can easily walk to dinner or for an ice cream. Beautiful finca in a quiet area near Palma. We had a wonderful holiday. Alaró is a small village near Palma with everything you need. We were there at the end of October and could still use the pool. Everything was exactly as described and nothing was missing. Communication with Andrés was very pleasant, and he helped us a lot. Thank you so much — we had a fantastic holiday!

This is our third trip to Mallorca, and both the villa and the village of Alaró impressed us greatly. In our many years of holidays in self-catered accommodation, we think this was the best-equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in; we struggled to find any fault. We appreciated the details such as wine, olives and marmalade left for us, as well as the abundance of towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, aluminium foil, etc..

You can rent this house with complete confidence: all the facilities are top quality, the house was spotlessly clean, and we had everything at our disposal (towels, sheets, shower gel…). Andrés even kindly prepared homemade fig jam from his orchard. Everything is very well maintained; the terrace and outdoor areas match the photos and our expectations...
