1 INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Finca Camproig, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Therefore, you are provided with the following information about the processing:

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations planned for the processing are:

  • Maintaining the contractual relationship established between the data subject and Finca Camproig.
  • Sending commercial and promotional communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables such communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and relate to its products and services, or those of partners or suppliers with whom a promotional agreement has been reached. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Conducting statistical studies.
  • Processing orders, requests or any type of inquiry made by the user through any of the contact methods made available.
  • Sending the website’s newsletter.


Legal basis for the processing:

As a general rule, before processing personal data, Finca Camproig obtains the unequivocal consent of the data subject through informed consent clauses included in the various data collection systems.

However, when consent is not required, the legal basis for processing used by Finca Camproig is the performance of the contractual relationship, our legitimate interest in business development (for marketing and commercial prospecting) or compliance with a law that authorises or requires the processing of the data subject’s data.

If your consent has been requested for any of the processing activities (such as sending information), you are informed that you may withdraw it at any time.

Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, and when no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymisation or complete destruction.

Data disclosure: Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.

User rights:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and restriction or objection to the processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2 MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data are necessary for their request to be fulfilled by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the other fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, and that any transfer of personal data would require prior, express, informed and unequivocal consent from the Users. All data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the User. If not all data are provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet their needs.

3 SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to apply the security measures required by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users, and has provided them with the appropriate information to exercise them.
